The Session Process
1. Reservation
Inspiratu is a private studio operating by appointment only.
Please contact us through the inquiry form with your preferred photography plan, desired session date, and any other details you would like to share.
2. Confirmation of Your Booking
We will arrange the schedule based on your preferred date and confirm your session day together.
Once your reservation is confirmed,
we will provide you with the detailed studio address.
3. Consultation Before the Session
Before the session, we will gently discuss through email the atmosphere and feelings you would like to preserve in your photographs.
We will also carefully guide you through wardrobe choices and the flow of the session in advance,
so you can feel relaxed and comfortable on the day.
4. On the Day of the Session
Please arrive at the studio at your reserved time.
Before the session begins,
you will have time to choose your outfit, and we will gently explain the flow of the session while allowing the atmosphere to unfold at a relaxed pace.
The photography session usually lasts around 1.5 to 2 hours.
If you have requested hair & makeup, please allow an additional hour.
We always move at a gentle pace while carefully considering your physical condition and your child’s comfort,
taking breaks whenever needed.
5. Delivery of Your Photographs
Each photograph is carefully retouched one by one with great attention and care.
Approximately one month after your session,
your prints and image data will be delivered to your home by post.
